Safety Advice for Hazardous Substances

Material safety data sheets and any other information that contains safety advice on hazardous substances must be readily accessible to workers or subcontractors. (AF 3.4.3)

This information is required to enable emergency services to take appropriate action in case of accidents (e.g. treatment of chemical spill on skin).

AF 3.4.3 can be considered as non-applicable only if producers do not have any hazardous substances.

During the inspection the CB inspector requests to see the safety advice for some of the hazardous chemicals used on the farm. The producer does not keep copies of e.g. material safety data sheets in a folder, but only has a bookmarked link to the website that holds all the applicable information. Is this sufficient?
