Worker training is an important tool to ensure the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices. Education and training are active measures to help advance towards sustainability and build on social capital.

Everybody working on the site is required to attend at least:

Producers are also required to keep evidence of attendance either through signatures or fingerprints.

A producer has 5 workers on his farm. He personally conducts all the training. When the CB inspector asks for training records, the producer shows the inspector his farm journal where he has noted the training date and time, the type of training conducted (e.g. topic), that he was the trainer, and the names and signatures of all 5 workers. Is this sufficient?
