Worker training is an important tool to ensure the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices. Education and training are active measures to help advance towards sustainability and build on social capital.

Producers are also required to keep evidence of attendance either through signatures or fingerprints.
This situation is permitted for smaller farms because all the relevant information is available and traceable. However, this system is more difficult to apply for bigger farms.
