Rule 1:

One PMU can include more than one production unit (e.g. several greenhouses).

Rule 2:

One PMU can include several production processes (e.g. strawberries and carrots).

Rule 3:

One PMU must never include a certified and a non-certified production process of the same product.

Rule 4:

Multi-site producers without QMS can aggregate production units of different sites in one PMU.

Multi-site producers with QMS shall specify each site as a different PMU.
