As the producer can ensure that certified and non-certified carrots are segregated from each other at all times, they can be packed in the same product handling facility.
The producer has to specify at least two PHUs (e.g. PHU1 for the non-certified carrots and PHU2 for the certified carrots).
GLOBALG.A.P. certified production processes are always displayed in full brightness, while non-certified production processes are displayed as if they were taking place behind a wall of fog.
